• Customized products may take additional time depending on design complexity

Standard Shipping

Delivery Time

• India: 5–10 business days after dispatch
• International: 2–3 weeks (depending on location & customs)

Shipping Charges

• Calculated at checkout based on location & order size

Express Shipping

• 🚀 Delivery in 2–3 working days (India only, Prepaid orders)
• ⚡ Priority processing & faster dispatch
• ❌ Not applicable on COD, bulk orders & some remote locations
• ⏱ Delivery time is estimated, not guaranteed
• 💸 Express charges are non-refundable
• 🔁 No cancellation/refund once Express order is placed

Order Tracking

• Tracking details will be shared via Email/SMS after dispatch

Failed Delivery

• If delivery fails due to:
  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable

👉 Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer
