Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – INTESHA

At INTESHA, all products are specially customized and made-to-order. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we maintain a strict policy to ensure quality and fairness.


1. Customized Products Policy

  • All customized products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for:
    • Change of mind
    • Personal dislike
    • Design expectations
    • Any other reason

2. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Not as per the approved design

👉 We will NOT issue a refund

👉 Instead, we will:

  • Remake a new product
  • Ship a replacement

3. Courier & Shipping Charges

  • All courier charges (return + re-shipping) will be borne by the customer in all cases
  • This applies even in case of replacement or exchange

4. Reporting an Issue

  • You must inform us within 7 days of delivery

    • Order ID
    • Issue description
    • Clear photos/videos of the product

5. Important Conditions

  • Replacement will be processed only after verification by our team
  • Minor variations in color, polish, or engraving are not considered defects
  • Issues caused due to incorrect details provided by the customer (name, date, spelling, etc.) will not be eligible for replacement
