Return, Refund And Exchanges Policy

Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Customized products can only be returned if they are damaged, defective, or not as per the agreed design.

    • All customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable if not like by customer
    • Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Products with errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong name, date, or spelling).

    • Items that show signs of wear, misuse, or damage not caused by Intesha.

  3. Process for Returns:

    • Email us at inteshaofficial@gmail.com with your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

    • Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

  4. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product).


Refunds

  1. Refund Approval:

    • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. Refund Timeline:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.

  3. Partial Refunds:

    • In cases where the product shows minimal wear but is eligible for return, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.

  4. Non-Refundable Situations:

    • Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions are not eligible for refunds unless defective.


Exchanges
